November ...Rains?

At the strike of noon, the jingles of the charms went off.
Did one knew what was going to face after a night of tossing in the bed? Signs came too late ?

The conversation sparks off...just wanted to know the answers.
It felt like a slap on the face with every word articulated.

Can't ask for more when one is not entitled too. Yet where do one stand in this swirl of emotion? Can't compare the joy that was brought by another.. both are different yet are similar. Bursting into tears the moment embrace was felt. The wall came crumbling down into pieces. Not that special at all, afraid. Questioned if such a ride will draw ones blood. Will it be cherish? How to balance when walking on such thin ropes?

One was bruised by the facts that cannot be sorted out. Credentials, any left to spare with kindness ? One cannot have the best of both worlds all the time.

Romance Reverse

Wooed, romantic moments, feeling wanted, put in effort for.
Something that thought would never happen..or at least to what was believed.

If bumping into the person,felt like seated on an express train ride.
On a direction with one ending point, all can be done is to enjoy the ride.

N hours of couple hood, from a wake up call, picking up, having breakfast..
Walking around n lazying around..holding close, hugging close, kissing warmth, giving spontaneous bear hugs and even occasional up-lifts.

Romance in total reverse order with a total stranger.
Kinda of unreal to the extreme? Hmmm dont think so...LoL.

Comforted

Hard to consider myself a better person or even one with the correct views & righteousness.
Yet when my few good friends call upon me, it just feels comforted.
I might be always at a distance, not able to meet-up often, not in-tune to their lives.
But just by coming to me when needing a listening ear, sharing a moment or just company makes all the difference to me.

Glad that you all looked me up when needed...Besties!!!

Process of Belated Birthday

Greetings just flooding in despite how agonized I would have became.
Dinners..lots of dinnerss..
One can imagine the calories gain every time a dinning experience had to take place.

Presents..goosh, thats what i consider the most difficult item
..
Sexy..how i'm actually cared for, sang for, dance for...
Hammy her little way to often stay by me when I'm agonized over something that does could have just pass away with a blow of wind
Ber finding time to see me.
My other buzy friends, often trying hard to remember sending me greetings since all so caught up with life n work.
For those willing to arrange n re-arrange appointments with me even birthday arrives, just to wanting to spent time to celebrate while i kept pushing away indefinitely...

I do wonder at times why i feel so when its birthday.
It some how never goes away..is the accumulated disappointments

Pigeons...

Communication evolution has changed so much over 1000++ yrs..
From taking years/months/days to pass a message manually...
Then developed technique to manage such process like posting services
More interesting ones was the usage of animals such as pigeons which hardly can depend on..

Now...is just a touch of a keypad or screen, and the message is sent out.
Yet the delivering some times feels the like PIGEONS..
Is often send out..yet at times..the message is not replied or at worst, lost in this data packet zone.

Very much the pigeon, that has lost its way or got gunned down by hunters. Else too many pigeons flying together..they just take their time to rest and chat. Or could it be the recipient, kept the pigeon the "prisoner" ..maybe they need them for supper..

All About Christmas~

Pinky gathered all for a lovely pre-Chrismas dinner @ The Vines Restaurant
Felt good dining together after so long. Even got gifts from some of them..was delightful.
Food, wine, desserts...we had a feast of goodness.




Christmas EVE
poor poor day, I spent hours shopping trying to get gifts for those who gave me.
A headache i developed as I pace up and down Vivo City.
Trying to think hard on each items I should get for the individuals.

Was tired, hungry and feeling weak with every minute ticking away.
All that, resulted me missing the family dinner & birthday Celebration of my youngest cousin.
Angry with myself, that I had to head home and eat a lonely lonely instant maggi on my own.
I head on to chill with Sexy and gfs at union..buT it was not splendor at all.
Lousy was the conclusion but i enjoy the companionship i had


Xmas Arrived
Spent my dinner with 2 person, a sweet lovely gal & a generous boy.


Dinner was at Bistro Petie Salute.
The place so simple, and the food was simply great.
Delightful I had a such companionship over such food & wine.




Another lovely little one in the restaurant, just as sweet as the dessert I had


Boxing Day..
Headed to Ling abbot to meet up the rest for drinks & food.
I love the company..and she got me gift for me that pose with great challenge.
EARRINGS!!!

I made lychee martinis for all while we all watch DVDs
We tucked in to food, drinks..n filling up wish-cards for the xmas tree.
Ended up so tired, all spent a night at Ling's place..

I so tempted to talk to u, so tempted to get ur attention..
Yet feels so out of place & redundant to msg u in any form n means, since the returns are never fruitful.

If I do, somehow feels wasted, since u got so many other ppl to interact with constantly.

Power-up Weekend

In my earlier post, indicated comfort and fun from others.
This was the POWER-UP weekend!!

Having a BBQ session last Friday to celebrate Ms Wonderful's bday plus many others of relative dates together..It was pack with anticipation as the event approaches.

Despite all that cooking I actually did over the hot hot pit. Food was a while spread and the company was evidently GREAT.

The day following, was also an unforgettable salsa night. A few great energy dances executed with much pleasure. And ending it, with a few of us, the last few on the dancefloor, played childhood games together ( 老鹰抓小鸡 ) and demonstrated moments of combine synchronization hand movements. These moment of jester, were uplifting moments.

Sunday was early work-out and a good leg massage for to relieve the exhaustion generated through the week.

How come it was not like this slightly positive the in the beginning of the week instead?

Power Packed weekend..

It has been awhile filling up myself with so much activities..
Finally decided that I miss dancing alot, and last friday work was able to cut some slack off me..so there i went.
After my long meeting out at Plaza Sing (not the usual in ofc..hahaa) met Hammy up n shopping @ citylink mall.
Prior to that, gave my Company's convention a skip since late already..n they did finish earlier than expected.

It was a bagful of returns for Hammy..she purchased quite a number of pieces..
After that..headed to the dance floor...and for the night..i over danced..and stretch my lower abs muscle due to an unexpected dip..finished my night in bed @ nearly 5 am after light supper .

Yet the next day was also fun filled...GYM @ 10 am...sweet PT woke me up..but gave up since i sleepily told him i injured..but was just a stretched that hurts badly.. yet..the wake up call..disable my sleep mode.
So i dragged myself down to the gym..n did half the training and abit more cardio.

Hit the steam room to cook myself and catch some nap..only felt more pain in my lower abs when getting up.
Oh well, took time to dress -up for the movie with salsa bunnys @ Plaza Sing.."Money Not Enough 2".

Next was to meet up with Eric & Viola for dinner at ToaPayoh..haha..Food was good..the company was better. But being very tired out..and in pain ...food was not eaten to full enjoyment. Yet all the laughter filled me up.

We splited into 2 groups to head to 2 different location to dance..Eric leaded the Union grp and I leaded the Jitterbugs grp. Jitterbugs was having salsa party..so going there for some experience of the studio and crowd.
Had a few good dances..till 11 plus..we head off to union to meet the rest..and I danced till 2 am..WooHoo..another swelling good time with a few new & known dance partners..was very enjoyable.

All these done..despite the pain..

Awkward Filling

dumpling, often have the choice of fillings.
dumpling is a product of container (the warp) & the stuffing.

human, is similarly made the same way.
the structure of human as the container, the emotion & knowledge as the stuffing.

now..within me..the 'stuffing' is all wrong..
response received after many efforts given are negative..
silence did not made any awkwardness go away..
avoidance did not made any progress but generated more isolation..

how can break loose from all these..
should the care stop ?
should the distance increase ?
should the pursue of hobby stop too?

Another 5.6 KM..

Just finish my 5.6 KM JPMorganChase Run for this year.
Started out in 2007..having some really annoyed experiences the last time..
Yet still encounter some this year. Sigh~

Oh well finish the race based on the time shown was 47.57 mins..however the 1st 5 mins was spent moving slowing to the starting point to start running..haha..

Recently..Ling aka Ms Wonderful(my creation), inquired about my age.
So a guessed was made..outcome was 30. Well my age is not near nor far from it. She blushed since age guessing can be really tough when the person is already in late 20s.

I wasn't unhappy..but more curious about the guess. She said I gave her a mellow feeling of a woman. Different from Ham & Sexy whom she recently got to know.
Kinda of surprise I yet to hit 30. Best line she gave before ending was "If I were a guy, would definitely date you" Ahh..darling darling..gave her a big hug.

I would never expect others to describe me as mellow, since always too noisy and bursting with unknown laughter or emotions.

Maybe is the experience & ppl I'm with..esp sexy..she made me understand lots of things too..

Like waves..

Like waves..it hit me..lucky not very hardly..
Kinda too surprise, out of the blue hence resulted in total blank out for many moments.

My blog..mot many of my pals even bother to read.
There are no updates on Friendster or Facebook that will link up to update anyone.

And twice today..i was caught by surprise..
I remember taking down my full blog URL from Friendster yet still can access..hmmm

The first came like small wave as I had yet wrote anything related to him (aka Shiver..y that nick..interesting). After all he yet to really know me since mainly interacts only on work basis. But he commented my blog too wordy ..he prefers more visual pictures.

Since is my blog..i love to pen my thoughts even if pictures says A THOUSANDS WORDS.
Pictures really need time to edit edit, touch up..sigh..

The later came as crashing waves. I did wrote about him. Hope I didn't pen too much related to him. Shy. Blank-out. Want to dig a hole to hide were the instincts that came along.
Not knowing where to look after he broke the "news" while dancing even it was such subtle manner.

Think my face gave it all away to my partner..SOTONG is the description i believe. Already can't hold any frame due to insufficient sleep the night before..I really failed to make the dance enjoyable for him I suppose.

After some thoughts & testing..did find technology really interesting.
Friendster was the only source with half of the blog site declared..
Yet these trailing "..." was able to deduced the full URL.

Now i feel a bit off beat ..the hole i have to dig must be super big...

Pigging Out..Really Too much

Brought KYC to newton on Friday after work for dinner..he got himself hook on the feasting.
During Lunch today..he actually sms me while he was away..

KYC : When we going for another Newton Circle Eating Challenge 2008 again har?
Moi : Anytime lor..today also can. haha..
KYC : What anytime? Must prepare one ok? Like (1) no consumption of fd 6 hr bf challenge (2) ensure wear oni LOOSE FITTING attire for e challenge.

And yes..we went..this time..with Cannie & ChanTat.

Another Surprise..After a long time.

Once again by Daniel.H
His return was delayed by 2 weeks from the expected. Hence finally saw him the day he arrived on 15 March @ upperclub's En La Pasion Event.

Out of all the gifts he brought along to upperclub for those requested items, there was one item for me. He got me a birthday gift. An Aviator teddy bear, named "Fly Boy".

I was shocked, really shocked, since moments earlier Rachel & me were teasing him about gifts for us despite his was a business trip not holiday. He even said the gift came too late..But i felt it was never too late .. It was the best timing ever.

Nothing is too late if one had thought of doing certain things for another, despite how small or trivial. Furthermore , his sms and trunk call already was a big big gift.

I simply don't know how to show my appreciation towards his gesture & thoughtfulness.
Simplest joy that filled me up.
