Sol from Taiwan came...heard lots of good things about him.
TOok his Brazil Samba workshop this saturday. It was really lots of work and high energy dance. Interesting workshop will all the exercise done just to prep for the moves. The workshop he taught was very high energy and interesting. Gave me an insight on the power, the sensual and momentum of samba. I was also impressed by the way he dances too.
Happy I learn sometimes different and saw what it was. Exhausted after the workshop. Totally famished. ^_^
