Tried Rueda for the 1st time at LADC's open hse. Even got Amanda to come along. Lots of fun. After that got 2 pairs for new shoes..hehhe.
Have been doing salsa quite intensive last week. Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday a short rueda class. Hmm..helps to lose the fat in me. Hope is not dehydration but actually weight lost. sigh..Will be there again on the salsa dance floor tonight.
Seems to feel my mind gets lost in the steps and music. The mood gets lifted totally if I have nothing too moody on my mind. Plus the ppl I got to know are so nice..hehe.
