OMG,
I have taken up the challenge to do R4 after all the weeks I struggled and endured.
But since this time got buddies..I continue to R4.
But my 1st lesson for R4 didn't even turn out too good. Suffered a lot of pain n bruises. Felt sucky..my face turn stale with blackened.
