having a hungry tummy is a constant reminder that the body needs to fuel-up
but a lousy habit deprives it from being fed.
yes...alone especially at home, things just move slower so tummy shall wait...
eating alone, is really not too tasty.
worst when waiting for things to happen, the appetite just disappears
